1. Cancellations permitted only before the cut-off time (3 Hours) after placing the order.
2. No cancellation of orders will be possible post processing of the order.
3. Haldiram’s will not be liable for any delays in delivery after the order has been shipped from our facility.
4. In any case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment amount will be refunded as store credit, which will be valid for one year.
5. If Haldiram’s suspects any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, Haldiram’s is at sole discretion to cancel such orders. Further such accounts/ customers will be denied access to the use or purchase of products from the website.

It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it will be decided whether the return shall be initiated or refund shall be initiated, after getting the internal management approval.
